Welcome to Essential Connection

When creating my doTERRA business, it was clear to me that my intention was purely to connect people to a deeper, more intimate part of themselves. To understand they are their own healer, and truly everything you require is within.

These plants, their properties, and vibration are a key component to connecting to our higher Self - thus the name Essential Connection was born. (I realize I’ve never shared how this team + it’s meaningful name was born.) Essential Connection is our connection to ourselves, to our truest, deepest desires that allow us to serve in our own unique way. Being a conduit for others requires the discipline to constantly clear + ground ourselves so we may connect to our highest good.

Our partnership with the Oils is a crucial component of our intuitive connection. May this serve you in the purest, most healing way possible.

Calling in the light

This 11 day journey in partnering with Melissa is a potent vehicle for healing. Melissa, the Oil of Light, allows us to cut through the darkness and shine our brightest Light.

Bergamot

The very first Oil I fell completely head over heels in love with when beginning my essential oils journey. The Oil of Self Acceptance, it’s been an anchor for me - remembering who I truly am, allowing my quirks and peculiarness to be part of my gifts + contribution.

In the spirit of progress not perfection, new meditations will be offered throughout the month.

CLARY SAGE

Clary Sage, the Oil of Clarity + Vision assists us in shifting our perceptions. An oil that connects to the brow / third eye chakra, it allows us to illuminate our vision, shift our perception and seeing any limiting beliefs. Clary Sage is an incredible partner during a healing crisis when we require a drastic change of perspective.

Clary Sage Blends

Panic Buster:

In a 10 ml roller ball, combine:

• 8 Clary Sage

• 7 Lavender

• 5 vetiver

• 5 Roman Chamomile

  Fill with FCO and apply to pulse points.

Overwhelm:

In a 10ml roller ball, combine:

• 8 Geranium

• 8 Clary Sage

• 6 Cypress

• 3 Patchouli

• 3 Ylang Ylang

Fill roller bottle with FCO and apply to back of neck, temples, behind your ears and wrist points in moments of overwhelm.

C Y P R E S S

Another oil in the diffuser numerous times a week. Energetically creating Motion + Flow, it’s ability to move stagnant energy, particularly with Heart + mind is staggering. Cypress teaches the heart how to let go of the past. It is brilliant for those of us stuck, rigid, stiff, tense, overstraining or with perfectionist tendencies. Anyone who is trying to force anything, rather than trust in divine timing will benefit greatly from Cypress.

DIGESTZEN / ZENGEST

Oil of Assimilation, DigestZen supports us in digesting ALL of life’s experiences. At times when we are bombarded by information, opinions and the energy of others, we can become overstimulated and blocked, unable to digest all of our experiences. The overload of information and stimulation leads to a form of indigestion, where we are unable to breakdown out experiences into palatable forms. DigestZen increases our capacity to receive new information, relationships + experiences, allowing us to be open to all possibilities.

ARBORVITAE

Sourced from the Pacific Northwest + British Columbia, Canada, Arborvitae is also known as the “tree of life.” Bringing Divine Grace through it’s wisdom, this oil assists individuals who believe or act as though all progress must be a struggle. Rather than trust in the divine, living by their own efforts. Arborvitae invites individuals to live with peace + joy by trusting the divine flow of abundance.

Align

One of the oils in the Yoga Collection, Align is the Centring Blend. As such, this oil supports us in coming back to our centre. It connects into our heart space to shift heavy energies that are inhibiting our growth + progress. Align recalibrate our inherent integrity and allows us to see the cost of misalignment.

IMMORTELLE

Connecting us to Spiritual Insight, this oil is a blend of high vibrational oils - Sandalwood, Myrrh, Frankincense, Lavender, Helichrysum + Rose. It has been used for centuries during meditation, prayer and spiritual workshop. It brings connection between spirit + body; heaven + earth. Meaning, it provides a grounding aspect to our intuition + insights, rather than having them be concepts. Immortelle supports us in bringing out intuitive hits into action in the physical world.

Remembering the light breathwork

This Breathwork session is designed to bring you back to yourSelf, at a time when you might forget.

Breathwork is a potent healer. The specific breath pattern is designed to clear stagnant energy + move blocks in a way the is unique to each person.

For this experience, please be in a quiet space where you are able to lay down comfortably. You may wish to have a blanket + eye pillow, though that’s unnecessary for a complete experience. Please commit to the experience, stay with your breath throughout and allow the energy to flow.

For this session, the energy of Myrrh, Cypress, Geranium, + Forgive is used. If you have these oils, feel free to diffuse in any combination, and also any other oils you’re drawn toward for today.
