Yule is the time of year in which we celebrate the end of the busy harvest season and welcome the energy of rest, rejuvenation & regeneration back into our days.

The celebration of Yule or Winter Solstice is one of the oldest winter traditions. It simultaneously celebrates the longest night of the year, while also eagerly awaiting the increased light that comes.

A time of both reflection and celebration, during our Breathwork we’ll connect into the Yule energy, releasing, celebrating and preparing our inner space for regeneration.

Working with the energetics of Yule, we’ll shift to create space for the incoming Light energy to support the expansion that awaits.
