June 2020: Lapis Lazuli + Master Jesus

It is important to note that this 12 month reading was created on January 1st.

Today, channelling this message on the last day of May, 2020, we are in one of the greatest revolutions of our lifetime, a great undoing, unlearning to usher the greatest uprising many of us may ever witness. We are fundamentally changing the World.  We are releasing the oppression and giving way to freedom and equality for many.

The current energy sees us in the middle of the storm - the eye of the current. 

MASTER JESUS + LAPIS are the June energies.

MASTER JESUS or for me, Christ Consciousness.

The death + resurrection. 

The death of old paradigms, old ideals, old systems and models.  ALL of it is dismantling so that a new way of being, living, operating and loving can come into consciousness. 

In the Kyle Gray meaning of this card, it symbolizes forgiveness. Reminding us that forgiveness is our connection to love. That we must forgive - ourselves and others, in order to open our hearts to love and possibility. And not possibility in the way it’s thrown around today - in a sense that unforgiveness hardens our hearts, it keeps us locked in the cycle of past experiences, therefore it is not only harming to us, and those around us, it is also this unforgiveness as the conditioning creating reactive actions based on past hurts. 

There is no option for a new future when you’re operating from the past.

Master Jesus brings miraculous healing to ourselves and others. To the World. Forgiving ourselves quickly for our own errors and beliefs, and moving through to a solution for the highest good is what is required right now.

In death, there is resurrection. Where can you let go of the past, let go of your self-imposed suffering to be powerful in who you are and your contribution today?

When you heal yourSelf, you heal the Collective

LAPIS LAZULI

One of my favourite stones. It’s one of the first pieces I purchased as an adult when finding my journey back to crystals + minerals. 

There are many reasons why this stone is critical at this point in time.

Associated with the third eye + throat chakras, it allows all seeing from a new perspective. Lapis is a powerful partner is seeing a new truth, a new way, and powerfully expressing that truth. 

Lapis provides forgiveness for staying silent in the past. It allows us to quickly move through and forgive ourselves, while formulating communication from spiritual connection.

As we are 6 months into 2020, we see the 2020 “vision” we perhaps thought would occur for us all, is actually a lifting of the veil. That the 2020 vision is inviting us to see the previously unseen. That a new way of viewing, or seeing the World is unfolding.

The unseen is coming into the open in a BIG way.

Lapis is a truth seeker. It allows us to confront our own cluttered view to reveal a new way of seeing. It brings clarity through attunement and high guidance. It enhances intuition + spiritual guidance.

It invites creativity, clarity + harmony though deeper seeing + listening. Which is so required right now.

Lapis supports in conditions of martyrdom, suffering + cruelty, all which is so required at this moment in time. It dissolves emotional pathologies.

Partnering with the energy of Lapis in our current conditions will bring a partnership + coalition of new heights. Listening from a new place, allowing old ideologies to dissolve, releasing martyrdom, suffering and cruelty.

Allowing all of that to die in order for a new resurrection to occur. As the Phoenix from the ashes, we as humanity rise again in a powerful, collaborative manner.

May 2020: Amazonite + Lord Ganesh

This months energy reading is so timely. The amazement of the energetics is always astounding.

Ganesh + Amazonite lead us and bring the medicine so desperately needed at this time. 

Lord Ganesh, so well known in the spiritual and yoga worlds: commonly known as the remover of obstacles, yet here, this month, he represents Infinite Abundance. ( I’m smiling here as I’m in the midst of a 21 day Abundance meditation….oh the Universe, thank you so much!)

Ganesh is the elephant-headed God from the Hindu tradition. He is meant to bring light, joy and openness to you at this time. While things may currently seem bleak, we are in unprecedented times, perhaps you are some place where your liberties have been removed, so you only see blocks in your current situation.

Ganesh is here to show you differently.

He is here to light your path, to have you move beyond your own limitations and create from WHO you are, not your circumstances. He teaches us that obstacles are merely placed in front of us so that we understand our priorities and what is TRULY important to us. That nothing is an obstacle when we are living for our Highest Good and the Highest Good of All. Obstacles and the solutions light our true path and through navigating the blocks, like water in a stream, we know we are living our truth.

Amazonite, sweet, sweet Amazonite. A beautiful stone to partner with Ganesh this month.

April 2020: Sodalite + Cernunnos

Sodalite is the visionary. The SEEker. The seer of all which we are unable to view. Sodalite opens our third eye and provides differing perspective. She ensures we are functioning in the present, enjoying our earthly journey rather than stressing about the past or get worked up about the future. While she holds the vision, she is more focused on what you are creating now. She supports you in doing the inner work so you remain on the path.

A gift of Sodalite is that she brings our intuition together with logic. During these times of April 2020, this stone will be an incredible ally is allowing you to discern the information you are consuming. Tap into your Higher Self with Sodalite and allow it to lead you to your path. The path you need to be following at this time. Allow it to connect you into what is true for you, and that which no longer serves. She will guide you to what is true for you - who and what requires your attention, and who and what you need to trust.

Mother Earth is screaming for our support. She’s asking for those of us here to be the gatekeepers to stand up (in our beliefs - thanks Sodalite!) and return her to her vibrancy. She is crying out for us to nourish her and in turn, be nourished. She is requesting we use her life-force energy for the Highest Good of all, and yet use this energy for HER highest good. She requires her own life force energy be used and then returned to her as the sweetest gift.

Cernunnos also connects us to the animal kingdom - pay attention to the animals coming into your life at this time. They, as Sodalite, are guiding you along a path. They are bringing sweet messages, so please heed their ancient knowledge. Are you seeing birds overhead? Deer along your path, a rabbit scooting by? March 2020: Chrysocolla + Archangel Michael

Again this month we have the energy of protection coming though. It’s been such perfect guidance for the past two months, typically during our currently climate. Now is the time for a new level of protection - be clear who and what you give your energy towards and how you protect yourself from alllll you are taking in - the people with whom you socialize, the tv + social media you are consuming, the open spaces you’re frequenting. We are being asked to be more discerning than ever. Stay within yourSelf, stay grounded and clear. Continue to protect your energy and physical vessel.

Of the seven Archangels, Archangel Michael is the most revered, and likely the most well known. Considered the Head of all the Archangels, his energy is powerful and protective. In fact, it’s safe to call him The Great Protector. He wraps us lovingly in his protective blue cloak as a sign of his unending love + protection. Whenever you feel you need added protection or safety, request he wrap you in his blue cloak of light. Hold the space for a moment, then visualize yourSelf being wrapped in this blue light. Often I’ll call it in before deep meditation sessions or breathwork, and when traveling, I always request his protection.

His blue light frequency is said to hold the embodiment of Divine Truth, giving the ability in supporting us to align our will to the will of God so that we may create our life in alignment with our divine purpose. He cuts the cords that hold us back, keeps us safe and asks us to trust, thus allowing us to live in divine truth.

Chrysocolla is a most beautiful communication stone - it’s combination of turquoise blue + green embody the energy of speaking from the heart. It also carries the energy of empowering feminine energies. Consider the tone of your communication with yourself and others needs to shift so that your message is landing in the most loving way possible. The stone of the Goddess, connecting to the energy of this stone may have you sensing the energy or her…as the foundation on which you stand, rising within, or bringing wisdom through it’s loving messages.

Speaking of wisdom, Chrysocolla facilitates connection to your inner wisdom, and supports the clear communication of those messages. For me it’s like a direct link from my intuition to my voice - I’m able to vocalize what comes through from higher guidance. In addition, it’s resonance with Earth energy allows the ideas and creativity that flow to be grounded in reality.

Always in the Work

A couple of weeks ago, my heart got crushed a little. For the first time in a very long time, there was a pounding in my heart, a sickness in my stomach and a wave of heat over my body. All of the sensations that come through when my worth and belief plummet. 

Thankfully, I have the tools - breathing techniques, Oils, and the foundation of who I know I am in my deepest heart. I have my integrity and impeccability. Yet still, while there was lesson after clear lesson for me in what happened, I simply couldn’t shake it. 

This morning I received the hit to head into meditation. With clear guidance on what was required for the session, and an open heart, I sat. 

Funnily (not really) ALLLL the messages were the same from my cards, oils and guides.

Hinoki: Natural Harmony. Removes disorder + disharmony which may have built up. Creates energetic fluidity that allows movement and ultimate release of what’s creating the disorder. I’ve waited WEEKS to open my Hinoki. Today was the day. 

Jaguar: Integrity + Impeccability. It’s mission is to devour the unclean aspects of human behaviour. Rewarding you by maintain your integrity in some situation where you may have been unwilling to pass judgement on another. 

Prairie Dog: Retreat. Allow the space to rest + retreat. The dynamics of the situation may change because it allows space for the challenge to work itself out. 

Arise: invites individuals to rise up and meet their life. It invites us to choose, in. this. moment. To reclaim the fullness they were always meant to experience. 

Brave: Courage Imbues is with the tenacity to confront the untruths believed about the self because of negative experiences.

ISIS: moving from darkness to light. Move us from the hell of fear, to the heaven of our own love. 

My mission on this Earth is to empower you with simple tools to heal yourself and live your biggest, brightest life possible. 

T R U E   H E A L I N G

Many people are not ready for that and it doesn’t make anyone wrong. Not you, not me. If you choose an easier road, that is so cool, my wish is it serves what you require right now. However, I’ll be here. Holding the space for you and your healing. Waiting with open arms for when you realize all that is available to you. When you realize there is no quick fix and bandaiding over hurts only does so much. 

Many people want to believe they’re fine, aligned, and enlightened. That the direction they’ve chosen makes sense and everything is perfect. Consider your logical mind is creating this so you’ll feel better. 

This is an invitation to look deeper. 

What I’m describing above is a great example that the work never stops. We must be willing to have the awareness and USE the fucking tools. I have the tools and still didn’t recognize this interaction was impacting me two weeks later. 

Dig into yourselves. 

Create new pathways. 

Be open to that which you cannot see.

Understand there is no bypass. 

The only way out, is through. 

February 2020: Pyrite + Green Tara 02 • 02 • 2020

This month we have a reading expressing polarity - Pyrite carries masculine energy, and Green Tara, the embodiment of light + compassion. This polarity is guiding us towards the new way of living + leading.

The masculine energy of Pyrite reminds us that we must have a balance of male + female energy on Earth in order to sustain life. Pyrite specifically brings about those masculine characteristics that allows us to act on the creativity and inspired intuitive ideas that come through from the feminine aspects of our Being.

Pyrite is a golden mineral that carries the Light and action guided by higher knowledge. She carries a life force that you may need this time of year - a spark of light and the boundless energy that come with it. Pyrite also brings the Earth element to support the season - preparing for the planting of new seeds, the new ideas that will work with the energy of the earth + sun to germinate and grow. It also provides the masculine aspects of discipline + focus to get us in to action.

Green Tara brings us elements of protection + safety combined with compassion + light, allowing us to move into our intentions and along the path we’ve set, knowing we will be protected. Her compassion and light is surrounding you - allowing you to move forward in this new, trusting way. Green Tara lets us know we are safe. Safe to express, safe to create, safe to bring our best Self forward. She lovingly asks us to cut chords and leave our past experiences behind. No longer allowing them to pull us back, keeping us from our truest contribution.

January 2020: Labradorite + Diana

Each month I’ll be sharing the crystalline energy medicine for the month, along with the Angel, Guide or Ascended Master whose energy has come through to support us for the month.

January brings us the energy of these these beauties.

If you’ve been following me for awhile, you may well know Labradorite is one of my favourite stones. A stone of magic + mystery, it is said that the colours of this beauty come from the Inuit Elders going up and and connecting to the energy of the Northern Lights and bringing into the land. As someone born + raised in Newfoundland + Labrador, and obsessed with the Northern Lights, this is absolutely incredible. So while on the surface is may look like a dark stone, upon being illuminated at all angles, it will appear luminescent and reveal a flurry of rainbow-esque colours.

Labradorite is a powerful protective stone. It allows us to connect to the higher realms of divinity while keeping our own energy strong and protected. It’s energy connects us to our purpose and create the path her in the physical realm.It reminds us that there are times things may seem dark, however a new perspective will allow the rainbows the appear.

The combined energy of Labradorite with Diana sets us up for a powerful month. Diana is a moon goddess (which is why i’m sharing this on the Lunar Eclipse) who supports us in tuning into our intuition so we can connect with and listen to the wisdom of our Higher Self. 2020 Crystalline Theme: Bloodstone || Courage

The crystalline energy medicine theme for 2020 is Bloodstone, which carries the energy of Courage.  Such a beautiful intention to be brought forward for us all energetically at this time.

On my first visit to Kalani, on the island of Hawaii, a Bloodstone obelisk is what I chose to bring home as a reminder of my time there.  I was drawn to the strength of this particular stone, which I felt held the power and strength of the island.

As depicted in the photo, Bloodstone is a deep green stone with splashes of red throughout that resemble blood splatter.  The combination of the healing energy of the green ray with the red of the base chakra, supports the healing of wounds allowing us to ground that strength through our base chakra in order to have a solid foundation on which to build our year. 

What requires healing in order for you to have a year lead through courage?  Allow the energy of Bloodstone to reveal this to you and carry you towards your purpose.

The energy of Bloodstone for me has always been that of warrior energy.  Bringing forth what is in your heart and providing the strength and courage to clear what is in the way and move forward in the physical world. A life force stone that purifies - our cells, negative energies and blocks, Bloodstone allows us to step into our vitality as never before.  Courage, determination and an unshakable strength in our beliefs has us live with valour + integrity.   

Writing about Bloodstone, I feel the presence of Joan of Arc and want to use my obelisk as a sword. Allow the medicine to provide the strength to release the past, recognize and shift toxic patterns in your life and allow any disharmony to transmute. Perservere to recognize and shift the patterns that arise to keep you small. Use the strength and purity of Bloodstone to remain clear, so small energies are unable to deceive you.

Allow the energy of Bloodstone to energize you + work through you.  Call in it's courage to live into your Highest Self.

Forgiveness

Holding space for clients (YOU) is a great privledge. Supporting the movement of energy that no longer serves, stuck in your systems perhaps causing pain, inflammation, stagnancy, lack of connection, is truly the highest honour. 

Many of us hold our hearts tight - shielded from past experiences, impacting by the World around us, inadvertently keeping ourselves safe and protected. In my experience, it’s sadly part of the human condition today as our systems are bombarded with so much. 

When the focus is on heart opening during a Breathwork session, these are often (not always) two oils that support opening the space and moving the stagnant energy. Often times forgiveness is required and the softening of the heart space allows the possibility for that to occur. 

Sometimes people have a hard time with forgiveness. To be clear, forgiveness doesn’t not mean condoning. You are not condoning the other persons actions. Forgiveness allows you to be free. It always your heart space to open. It allows the opportunity for giving AND receiving of love, support and kindness. 

The impact of unforgiveness is often tricky to see. Truth is, the only person the unforgiveness impacts is you - the other person quite possibly doesn’t give a shit. They’ve moved on long ago, so the only person who is feeling the impact is you.  

Forgiving releases the pain, however it may show up in your body and life.

It’s beautiful to witness and to support people on the journey of allowing forgiveness and therefore healing themselves. Is their space for forgiveness in your heart today? Choose to begin to release it and allow miracles.
